Before booking your stay with us, please take a moment to review our policies and terms: Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received. We accept payment via credit card or online transfer. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM on the departure date. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Health and Vaccination Requirements: All cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies and feline distemper. Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required upon check-in. Behavior: We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all our guests. Aggressive or disruptive behavior from any cat may result in early termination of the stay without refund. Emergency Contact: Please provide an emergency contact number where you can be reached during your cat's stay with us. Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of your cat, Meow Manor is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the stay.
